Does the mat move when you’re exercising on it?

No! This is one of our favourite functions of the Moveflo Pilates mat. It’s super soft without moving underneath you when you’re performing weight-bearing sequences.

Does it slip on the floor?

The double texture of the mat (cork on top and rubber underneath) makes it the perfect combination to allow you to be super comfy whilst avoiding slipping.
