The Pilates Barrel’s arc shaped design provides support and comfort, allowing you to work on opening up and releasing tension. You can use this piece of equipment to carry out a broad range of Pilates exercises in seated, standing, prone and supine positions. Moving on the Barrel offers both support and challenge in a multitude of plains and you’ll notice that you’ll become mindful of your relationship with gravity. How comfy is the arc?

The upholstery on the arc is super padded and soft, encouraging you to find not only support but to release as well.

How easy is it to adjust?

The wheel release is quick and super safe. It gives you more options to adjust the distance just right for the exercise and height.

What are the added features?

We have added a foot pad at the bottom of the ladder. This gives you a comfy standing platform for stretches and foot integration.Plus the added rung on the ladder will help you progress quicker and more efficiently.
